Telephone Counselling sessions are either 30 or 50 minutes.
Video call Counselling sessions are 60 minutes including a 10 minute techniqual buffer. (Please add £10 to session costs for video calls counselling).
There is no cost for the initial consultation - please send a message to arrange this first as we need to ensure we are both free for 30 - 50 minutes
Fees for 50 minutes
To take advantage of the reduced rate of the multiple sessions i.e. six and ten, the total fee must be paid in advance of all sessions.
Fees for 30 minutes
Most Counselling takes place once a week, however, please talk to me if you'd like more frequent or less frequent sessions to suit. (weekly/fortnightly/monthly)
