Life is a journey, like a pathway with ups and downs. Some days you stand on the top of the hill, feeling the sun on your face, energised, connected, strong, confident, resilient, happy. On the top of the world. Here you feel like you can do anything and cope with everything. It feels a great place to be.
But you can’t always be on top of the world...
Things happen; relationships, stress, worry, sleepless nights, problems at work, kids and without you even noticing, those things all pile up and you start to slip down the hill or just feel rather stuck.
Those negative feelings start to build up. You don’t feel good enough, you’re bored, unhappy, lonely, snappy, angry, overwhelmed.
You want to speak to someone, but you don’t know how to explain how you feel. Maybe you’re surrounded by people, but maybe you feel totally alone and isolated from anyone who would understand.
You don’t feel like you, but you don’t know who you are any more or how you’re supposed to feel.

Hi and welcome. I’m Vicky and I’m a Mum and an MBCAP Registered Counsellor.
I set up my practice as a Teletherapist to help people, just like you, access the therapy they need easily, when life feels hard.
People who want an independent ear to listen to them. Someone that is there, on the end of the phone (or online) to help and support them make the changes they need to move forward.
I’m here for you so that you can offload your problems, without worrying that the person you tell will take it all out of context, misunderstand you and possibly even worry about you, making eveything feel worse.
I will help you understand your feelings and bring a sense of clarity and lightness back into your life so you can see a way forward be it personal, family or relationship issues or concerns.
